Dear sisters and brothers in Christ,
This request is about a special situation of/in a house in which I rented an appartment since Dezember 2023.
Meanwhile I heard the history behind that property.And since I know that we are in a spiritual warfare I dare to send such a kind of prayer-request.
This house has a twin -house and both houses have an old tennis-court in between them. The owner is a family from the german city of "Aachen" (family WEISS).Mr.Peter Weiss junior =47 years is the manager and Peter Weiss senior is still the owner. These 2 houses had been planned by a couple = father of Mr. Peter Weiss senior and his wife.The man who had planned and wanted to build these 2 houses was a medical professional as a chief-doctor in a german hospital close to the city of Aachen. He got diagnosed with skin-cancer and died after half a year of beeing diagnosed. His wife finished the construction of these houses.
NOW the situation is as follows:Few weeks ago water came flooding into the cellar-area. There needs to be taken action by the owner plus by the manager!!!
Even for other parts of this house-because one entire side of the outside from this house needs reparation/restoration!!!
In addition the neighbours who moved fresh into that house and have their cellar flooded-are professionals in house-construction and they say,that there are more areas/parts of this house which need restoration SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For example:The water is NOT vanishing out of their cellar! That is a sign that the drainage around and below this house is NOT working properly! PLus:This is a danger for the entire house-that the socalled "Basic Plate2 on which the entire house had been built on- gets wet and stays wet!
I guess you get the point. The complete problem is not only about a house-but about LIVES of 8people and their destiny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
